		<description>One approach is to use the concept of single sign on, within collaboration software. The collaboration software enables collaboration within the organization, and also outside. Single sign on allows users to log on to other software/sites from within the collaboration software. This allows managers to enable collaboration, and at the same time control access across the internet.</description>
